Big congratulations for upgrading to an IBO! You can create as little money or as much money as you want based on how hard you are willing to work.
If you would like to upgrade to an IBO:
Go to http://im.Academy.com/username and enter your login information. Click on "Shopping Cart" then "Check the IBO membership box." Next, click on "Order Now at the bottom" of the page.
You will receive an IBO site and link:
Once you are an IBO and you have people ready to sign up, you will use your new IBO website to sign up your new team members. Get with your sponsor/leader to learn how to properly place your new members.
People just want to know 3 things:
1. Does this work? -- 2. Can I do it? -- 3. Will you help me?

Validate system:
Once you upgrade to an IBO and you want to build a team, let the validation team help you grow your business fast. Once you have someone watching the video/power point:
Here is how the process works:
1. Create a text group and add all the validation team members (see at the bottom of this page for members).
2. Send a text message to the total validation team using the support code.
3. One of the members will replay "Yes".
4. Send a text back to the total team with the member's name so they all know you are being taken care of.
(If you get 2 or 3 members to reply, pick one that you think will relate better with your prospect.)
Note: If your prospect cancels, make sure you send back a text saying "No val" (no validation) to the person who is doing the validation.
Support Code to use
Val 20Teacher G
Val is short for validation - 20 is for the time left on the video/power point - Teacher is their occupation - G is for the personality style to help the team member relate faster with your prospect.
Example:
Val 20 Teacher G
Val team member will reply "Yes."
You reply back "John" to the total team you sent your original text to.
John will wait for you to call with your prospect on the line so he can help validate what we do.
The video will break down the four basic personality styles. Red - Green - Blue -Yellow. If you will learn to master these styles and understand the different behavioral characteristics, the better you can help identify what style your prospect is.
